If dialing the toll free 1-800 number to reach the OSFA or Oklahoma Firefighters Museum, you must dial the entire number even if you are in the 405 area code. If you do not, then you will not reach the OSFA but a private citizen instead who is not an employee of nor associated with the OSFA. This individual cannot help you and is not obligated to pass your information to the OSFA. This means that your message or information stops right there. In order to be sure that you reach the OSFA offices, please dial the entire toll free number.
