$25 Name on Memorial

Eligibility: Firefighters that are OSFA members in good standing and have a total of twenty years of service in a state of Oklahoma fire department whether retired or not, or have retired from a state of Oklahoma fire department with a disability in the line of duty regardless of the number of years of service can purchase their name to be engraved on the mahogany granite walls. Names will be added when enough are received to fill an entire panel.
