Refund Policy
You may request a full refund if you are unable to attend an event sponsored by the OFCA. Please contact the OFCA offices via email, elaineg@osfa.info, or by calling 1-800-308-5336 (toll free) or 405-424-1452 to request your refund.
This request must be made within 48 hours of the event.
Once your request is approved, you may expect to receive your refund or credit, within five business days. However, in many cases you may receive your refund (or credit card account may be credited) more quickly.
This time period allows the OFCA staff to properly credit your account and fully process your request once we approved it. The time it takes your credit card company to process the refund is not included. We'll notify you using the method identified as your preference when your refund is approved and processed.
If dialing the toll free 1-800 number, you must dial the entire number even if you are in the 405 area code or using a cell phone. If you do not, then you will not reach the OSFA but a private citizen instead who is not an employee of nor associated with the OSFA. This individual cannot help you and is not obligated to pass your information to the OSFA. This means that your message or information stops right there. In order to be sure that you reach the OSFA offices, please dial the entire toll free number.
