NEW Associate Member Application

Application for an Associate Membership

Companies engaged in the manufacture or sale of apparatus, appliances or devices for fire prevention, fire protection, firefighting and governmental non-profit entities shall be eligible for Associate Membership in this Association upon Executive Board Approval.

Remember to return the Application, Two business references and a check for $325.00 when submitting your application.

Please note that the regular billing cycle for Associate Members is from July – June of each year regardless of the time of year you first make application.

Annual dues for an OFCA Associate Membership is $325.00

Please include in the comments section:

1.  The product or service your company provides to the Oklahoma Fire Service.

2.  List the names of your Oklahoma Sales Representatives along with contact information.

3.  Two Business References

The OFCA Executive Board will review your request and you will be notified of their decision.
