Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for items purchased that are designated as a part of a fund-raising effort for the Fallen & Living Firefighters Memorial.  Please contact the OSFA offices via email, osfa@osfa.info, 1-800-308-5336 toll free) or at 405-424-1452 in order to receive prior authorization for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after returning any merchandise you purchased as a part of a fund-raising drive. However, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive merchandise from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund amount. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned merchandise.  

Merchandise that has been opened, worn, used and/or returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for refund.

Donations to the Memorial are tax-deductible and individuals who make a contribution are expected to have considered the impact that the amount given will have upon their personal income, therefore, refunds of donations are not routinely anticipated.

If dialing the toll free 1-800 number, you must dial the entire number even if you are in the 405 area code or using a cell phone.  If you do not, then you will not reach the OSFA but a private citizen instead who is not an employee of nor associated with the OSFA.  This individual cannot help you and is not obligated to pass your information to the OSFA.  This means that your message or information stops right there.  In order to be sure that you reach the OSFA offices, please dial the entire toll free number.
