You may fill out the contact form below, and please confirm that you are less than 45 years old and older than 18 years old in the COMMENTS BOX at the bottom of the form.  Also, if you have earned certification in either Fire Training or EMS Training, please mention them in the COMMENTS BOX.

Then, the OSFA will take this basic information and forward it to the Fire Chiefs who have volunteers on their staff nearest to where you live.  All Volunteer Fire Departments meet regularly, but are not required to meet every week.  So please be patient, for it could take more time than you may first expect before you are contacted.

Remember, if you have too many points on your driving record, or have a felony conviction, you will not be eligible for consideration as a Firefighter in Oklahoma.

Call 1-800-FIRELINE and ask to speak with Jimmy if you would like more information.
