If dialing the toll free 1-800 number, you must dial the entire number even if you are in the 405 area code.  By dialing only the 7-digit number with the "800" prefix, you will not reach the OSFA but rather, a private citizen who is not an employee, nor associated with the OSFA.  This individual cannot help you nor are they obligated to pass your information on to the OSFA.  This means that your message or request for information will stop right there.  In order to be sure that you reach the OSFA offices when using the toll free number, please dial the entire toll free number.
